Everything you need to access your account without any hassle
The login at 517bet was built to be both fast and secure. You sign in with your registered email or username, enter your password, and land straight on your account dashboard — where you'll find your balance, betting history, available bonuses, and access to all games and sports on the platform.
The platform at the 517bet works in any up-to-date browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari — on both desktop and mobile, whether Android or iOS. For a smoother mobile experience, the official 517bet is available for download after login and offers biometric access, real-time result notifications, and a touch-optimized interface that makes live betting on the Brasileirão or slots rounds effortless.
By checking "Remember my login on this device", the 517bet keeps your session active for up to 30 days on the same device — no need to re-enter your username and password every time. We recommend using this option only on personal devices. On shared computers or someone else's phone, always log out when you're done.
One session at a time: 517bet allows simultaneous access from multiple devices. If you log in on your phone while already logged in on your computer, both sessions remain active. You can end old sessions from the security panel in your account.
Forgetting your password happens to everyone. Account recovery at the 517bet is simple: click "Forgot my password" on the login screen and enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link in your inbox within 5 minutes — check your spam folder too if you don't see it.
The reset link expires in 30 minutes for security reasons. If it expires before you use it, simply request a new one. When creating your new password, use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters — minimum 8 characters. Avoid birthdays, numeric sequences, or passwords you use on other services.
If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact 517bet via live chat 24/7. The team will request identity verification with an official ID document (RG or CNH) and update the account email after confirmation — a process that typically takes around 24 hours.
Your account at 517bet may be temporarily locked in specific security situations. The most common reasons are: multiple failed login attempts with an incorrect password (automatic 15-minute lockout after 5 attempts), suspicious activity detected by the anti-fraud system, a voluntary self-exclusion request, or suspension pending a compliance review.
If the block is due to too many incorrect password attempts, wait 15 minutes and try again — or use the password recovery option to create a new one right away. For other types of blocks, the fastest route is the live chat at 517bet, available 24 hours. The team identifies the issue and guides you through the next step clearly, with no unnecessary red tape.
Worth noting: the 517bet never sends emails asking you to "unlock your account by clicking here" unless you previously requested it. Such emails are phishing attempts — do not click on suspicious links, and report them to contato@517bet.best.
Suspect unauthorized access? If you notice bets or transactions that weren't made by you, contact 517bet support 517bet immediately via chat. The team can freeze the account as a precaution while the situation is investigated, keeping your balance protected.

In the app, you can log in with your email and password as usual, or use your phone's biometrics (fingerprint or Face ID) after the initial setup.
